Where do you ship?

We are a small company and are only equipped for shipping within the United States for now!
Where are et toi products made?

Our products are made in Oakland, California
Are et toi soap products good to use on sensitive skin?

We don't like making any large claims and everyone is different but the intention of the company started with using gentle, good for you ingredients that will soothe and nourish the skin. Aisha (et toi's founder) has eczema and psoriasis, so she makes products that will keep her skin from drying. All our soaps are formulated with aloe vera and and blend of shea and cocoa butter. If you have a reaction from our products, please let us know!
Do you offer bulk order/business discounts?

Yes! If you need to celebrate with your coworkers, are hosting an event or just are interested in buying big, get in touch with us and we will send you a discount code!
Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! We test on consenting loved ones and it keeps it everyone happy.
I am a retailer, can we get your products in store?"

A big YES! All great relationships start with communication and an understanding of expectations. Since all products at et toi are handmade by one person we like to start small with big intentions for a long relationship in the future. Please email us at aisha@ettoisoap.com and we can get started!
Do you offer returns?

Since we are a small company that does everything by hand we love every product that goes out. We don't accept any returns but if you have any issues, please email us at aisha@ettoisoap.com
