The Koya Bar is a love note to Koya-san in Japan's Wakayama prefecture. This place is close to my heart as it is such a picture of serenity. With Hinoki (Japanese cypress), 100% organic matcha, peppermint and sandalwood (to evoke the smells of the incense), this clean bar takes me back to the mountain.
